Terms and Conditions
  • A deposit of one night’s tariff or 30% of tariff (whichever is greater) is required to secure your booking. Tariff quoted is for the number of persons booked. Extra persons will be charged an additional fee
  • Balance of tariff is payable upon check-in - EFTPOS, VISA or MASTERCARD ACCEPTED
  • Credit card details will be taken upon booking/arrival and any additional fees may be charged at the manager’s discretion
  • Occupancy dates and times shown on your receipt are to be adhered to unless prior arrangements made with the Manager
  • 4 persons maximum in a 2 Bedroom Unit, 2 people maximum in a 1 Bedroom Unit
  • The guest is liable for payment of any charges incurred due to damage or loss by the guest to the Unit and its contents, or the Body Corporate property, caused by the guest or guest’s visitors
  • Quiet time after 10.00 pm for the comfort of all; excessive noise is not permitted at any time
  • Due to the size of our complex and the safety and comfort of all guests and their vehicles, Esther Lodge has implemented a policy of no skate boarding/scootering and no bike riding within the grounds
  • Car-parking is limited to one car per unit
  • All visitors cars are to remain outside the grounds of Esther Lodge; guests are responsible for their visitors
  • If the unit is not left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure additional fees may be charged at the Managers discretion
  • NO PETS are allowed in rental accommodation or common ground at any time
  • No Smoking Zones are applicable to the interior of the units
  • No alcohol, drinks or food permitted in the pool area
  • The Manager may inspect the Unit with reasonable notice, or at any time without notice, if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these terms & conditions
  • The Manager reserves the right to refuse service and the Managers decision is final
  • Cancellations & Refunds

    If more than one month’s notice is given a $30.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If less than one month’s notice is received the total deposit will be retained. No refund applies for cancellation during Dec - Jan (school holidays) unless notice received by 1 Dec.

    There will be no refunds for early departures. Bookings are not transferable to another date. If a guest fails to arrive on the nominated due date of the booking and fails to notify management, the booking will be cancelled; no refunds apply.
